Diversity & Inclusion Commitment

“Get Off My Lawn!” fitness instruction is all about smashing bias towards binary definitions of gender in the fitness industry, which tends to overlook trans bodies and ignore queer and nonbinary stories. We take into consideration the whole of a person’s experiences with an empathetic approach to all.
